Each week, a player has the option of refining Fire Crystals up to a maximum of 200 times.
The cost of refining Fire Crystals, the pool of potential results, as well as the probabilities for each result in the pool are all dependent on the cumulative sum of refinements that have been performed in a given week.
At the end of the week, the refinement counter is reset.
